I’m Akel Williams, and I’m running for district leader

I believe that reform is needed in the Kings County Democratic Party. I am running on a platform of reform that would promote Transparency, Accountability, and Inclusion as many have lost faith in those who are supposed to serve them.

What is a district leader?

District Leader is a position within the Democratic Party of Brooklyn. They serve as a member of the executive board of the County Committee. There are two District Leaders, one male, and one female, in each Assembly District. They serve as liaisons between the community and the Brooklyn Democratic Party.
